Box 23 conatins timelines, correspondence, biographical notes, copies of postcards and news clippings, and other papers related to Holocaust survivor Benjamin Bennoun. Papers are in various languages including English, Hebrew, French, and Spanish (majority in English).

The newspaper articles, photographs, objects and LP records illustrate the life of a Jewish family in the western United States. Some of the material is about Dorothy Bercu Gross who had been a Vaudville dancer and then was a fitness instructor. Her husband was a physician.

Box contains pages from Devra Beck's scrapbook from 1957 when she visited Massachusetts (Mayflower ship), Virginia, D.C., and Maryland; a scrapbook of the Beck family's visit to Belgium, Holland, Switzerland, and Denmark in 1960; and a scrapbook from 1960 of the Beck family's visit to Italy. The scrapbooks have postcards, maps, and photographs.
